Although it may be chilly outside, Lyman Woods’ programs continue all winter long! Coming up this January, there are several opportunities for families to enjoy the winter woods.
Nature Tot Workshop: Parents and tots work together to complete a project. January’s Project: Snow Sticks!

Owl Prowl (Goodnight Twilight Hike): The whole family spends the evening searching for our biggest feathered resident. Warm up by the campfire after the hike!

Big Bug Little Bug: Siblings discover Lyman Woods through hikes, games and a story. January’s Topic: Snowy Footprints!

Cool Family Adventure: Bring the whole family to explore the winter woods! Winter games and a campfire are part of the fun.

To register for any of our January programs click here. And don’t forget- if it snows 4 inches or more, snowshoe rentals are available at the Interpretive Center!
